Este viernes 14 de junio de 2019 la alcaldesa de Madrid Manuela Carmena se ha despedido de los ciudadanos, que han acudido al Palacio de Cibeles a decirle adiós la víspera de la constitución del nuevo Ayuntamiento 2019 – 2023.
